Many Christians have no clue on how to have the best Christian home business. They spend thousands of dollars in advertising, countless hours in front of their computer, and huge amounts of time away from their family. There are several reasons Christians get involved in a Christian homebased business but most end up quitting because they do not see the fruits of their labor manifesting.
All the training and money in the world is not producing the results they want to see. I’ve been there before. I’ve hooked up with a Christian internet business in the past that was a great company but I just didn’t get anything out. You may be wondering like I was what was wrong. If you spend countless hours on your knees praying, your prayers will be answered now.
I am about to share with you the simple solution to your prayers so that you can run an effective and productive Christian homebased business. Matthew 6:33 says, “But seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and all these things will be added unto you.” Allow me to break this down so you can stop spinning your wheels in your business.
God told us if we make His kingdom our only priority everything else will be added unto us. See we mess up and think that if we put God first, seeking other things as a secondary is cool. It is not. The Hebrew meaning for first in the verse gives a connotation as first and only. So seeking the kingdom should be our only objective.
You may be wondering well how does that fit in with me having the best Christian home business. Again its very simple. Our life long mission is to seek out God’s way of doing things, his will his way and always being in right standing with his government. He said if we do that then everything else will be added unto us.
If God commissioned you to run a Christian home based internet business you have to trust that he will provide what you need to survive. In my case it is qualified leads, sales, and great team members. Your case may be different. Now this doesn’t excuse you from doing hard work, learning marketing strategies, building relationships, and etc. But this does excuse you from worrying. If your only focus is on seeking God’s kingdom, then you don’t have time to worry about leads not coming in, not making sales, no money, etc.
The perfect trade off is that everything else will be added unto us. The world says to focus on money and your business and let your thoughts become overpowered with you obsessing at reaching your goals. God says don’t do it that way. Pursue me with your everything and I will add what you need. His way of doing things are so much better because the blessings of the Lord addeth no sorrow.

Odinga’s supporters went on a rampage—burning Kikuyu homes and businesses, (“Ethnic Cleansing in Luoland” The Economist 2/7/2008) raping Kikuyu women, and murdering everyone in their path—including at least 50 Christian Kikuyu woman & children who had sought refuge in a church. Home Depot in Florida fired a young man for wearing a pin that reads “One Nation under God”. They love to take your money that has printed on it One Nation under God but apparently you cant wear a pin stating that. Since they hate the phrase so much we should help them to never seeing it again by not spending our currency at HD. No Christian should step foot in Home Depot from this point on. Will you join with others and call Home Depot to cancel your credit cards and voice your opinion ???? I did. What are your thoughts on this.

for those stating its company policy its not. I am all for dress codes but Home Depot offered him a different pin to wear so obviously pins are allowed. If any of you ever stepped in a HD you would see their young employees have pins, rubber slogan bracelets and magic marker drawings all over their aprons. So clearly anyone with any intelligence can tell that its not a uniform policy.
Sorry about the intelligence part in the prior comment, I realize that doesnt make one dumb but it clearly states that he would have been allowed to wear a different pin.

And yes, it IS the same thing. They didn’t fire him for the statement it made. They fired him because it was in violation of their dress code.
As for not doing business with them…I, too, stopped…because they fired all of their competent sales people and hired a bunch of mongoloids to run their shop.

I just formed an LLC. I’m the only member, and so taxes are only paid once, through me. It seems to make sense to treat tithes the same way, and just take 10% off the top, BUT all of the gross revenue isn’t to be treated as personal income, of course–some money stays with the business, and some comes to me as pay. I supposed I could tithe once for the business, and then again on what I take home. What’s the right thing to do?

Don’t tithe. It’s a religious swindle to take your hard earned cash from you. Better you donate to some charity than to a church.

It is very funny how Christians and catholics alike will buy anything.The company I used to work for near central P.A. makes religious paraphernalia for many religions, I learned that Christians will buy any piece of crap that says Jesus on it, or indirectly implies Jesus. We used a pyramid scheme to get kids to sell our products at home,church, and in school. My question is do you know anyone else taking advantage of this eternal business opportunity. And what ideas do you have for a “new” ground breaking Christian product.
P.S. the company is owned by an atheist. I am agnostic.

3. Your business should deal only with product vendors of the highest integrity. Your good name will be associated with the company you keep so make they live by the same high standards you’ve already chosen to live by.
4. You should provide superior customer support. This does not mean you should sit by the phone all day waiting for their calls but you should strive for no more than a 24 hour turn around on questions and inquiries.
5. And you should never ignore your responsibility to the church and community. When you’re earning more money than ever expected from your home business, share with the people that helped you along the way, share with your church and give back to the community.
No man is an island and no business operates without the generous support of others. When you’re at the top of the financial hill, keep this in mind and you’ll always be respected and loved for your efforts.
